Creamy Chunky Mushroom Soup
Warm thoughts and delicious, hearty foods cross my mind as I watch the leaves fall from the trees around me and feel the temperature slowly drops outside. I was trying to decide what I wanted to eat without going too far from my warm RV spot. Cooler weather makes me yearn for warm foods… mainly soups and stews.
Since this is my first fall eating Keto, I want to make the stoup (combination of soup and stew) is something tasty and satisfying. I saw a creamy mushroom soup recipe online and decided I wanted to try it, but make it more chunky
Three Reasons to Make One-Serving Soup
Since I know I can overdo it on soups, I decided to make a one-serving soup for three reasons.
The first reason to make one serving was due to lack of space. My RV has minimal storage in the refrigerator. So, making one serving to eat will eliminate the need for additional space. I’m sure I could have rearranged things in there, but I didn’t want to for the second reason. Yes, my game plan is in place! Lol
The second reason to make only make one serving is to prevent me from overeating this delicious goodness. Mushrooms, cream, butter …. Um, what is there not to like? I can’t find a reason! Lol. Oh… Game Plan!
Mushroom Soup Ingredients
