Two To One Half Microwave Bread
The Two-To-One-Half bread recipe is the TITLE! It is a quick and easy bread that literately takes minutes to prepare and eat. In the video below, I named it microwave bread, but I wanted my son to remember the recipe so I renamed it.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- (a pinch of salt if desired- I stopped putting it in mine because it did not need it)
That’s it! I use a ramekin to make mine in.
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 15 to 30 seconds. Make sure the butter is melted so it will mix well.
Put the almond flour in the melted butter and then the egg and the baking powder. You don’t want to drop the egg into the butter first, just in case you get the butter too hot (scrambled egg-Lol). Mix well for about 30 seconds.
Place the mixture in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave carefully. Run a butter knife around the edge to loosen it from the ramekin. Remove from the ramekin and cut into two or three layers. You can eat it like this, but I like to fry mine in butter after it is sliced. Yum!
